Marie Force is the New York Times best-selling, award-winning author of 25 contemporary romances, including “The McCarthys of Gansett Island Series,” the “Fatal Series,” the “Treading Water” Series and numerous stand-alone books.
Marie was born in Newport, Rhode Island, and grew up in neighboring Middletown. After marrying a man in the Navy, she lived in Spain, Maryland, and Florida, and is now settled again in Rhode Island. She’s the mother of two teenagers and two feisty dogs, Brandy and Louie.
In early 2010, Marie sold her third novel, Fatal Affair, (which tops today’s Buffet) to Harlequin’s new Carina Press digital-first imprint. Soon afterwards, she released Fatal Justice, Fatal Consequences, Fatal Destiny and Fatal Flaw and Fatal Attack.
