Ralph Peters is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and author of 27 books, including several popular Civil War-era historical novels. Ralph is also a well-known journalist and television commentator.
Ralph uses the pen name Owen Parry for many of his historical-fiction novels, such as Cain at Gettysburg and The War After Armageddon. He’s a lifelong student of the Civil War, and his Abel Jones mysteries have achieved cult status among Civil War buffs and mystery fans alike.
